A Life Map includes:
- A Safe Place such as a Safe Deposit Box / Fire Resistant Safe – Include an index that describes the contents. We recommend the contents to include vital records, insurance policies (all types and account numbers), property records, medical information, estate planning documents and financial records.
- Income / Expense – We recommend a spreadsheet (password protected) to describe all assets and expenses with detail of account numbers, due dates and how each bill is paid.
- Passwords – All passwords to major accounts and computer and lock-screen passwords.
- Contacts – This is a list of important people either related to the house, managing our lives and friends and family to be contacted in an emergency.
- File Index – An index that provides an inventory of what is filed where.
